Grape varieties
A family estate founded in 2005 by Hakan Kavur on the Evreşe plain of the Gallipoli peninsula. The 48.5-hectare vineyard yielded its first harvest in 2009 and is farmed under certified organic practice.
The estate lies on the inland plain of the Gallipoli peninsula, near Doğan Arslan / Evreşe, where winds off the Saros Bay shape a Mediterranean-Black Sea transitional climate.
Plantings include the Bordeaux family — Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot — together with Viognier. The harvest is hand-picked.
Visits and tastings are by appointment. The estate is in easy driving distance of the Gallipoli battlefields and a short ferry from Bozcaada.
