Grape varieties
A 170-hectare estate in Kumköy (Eceabat, Çanakkale) bringing together a 12,500 m² winery, the 21-room Hotel Caeli with a Caudalie Vinothérapie spa, and a fine-dining restaurant. The estate also markets wines under the "Vinero" brand.
The vineyards stretch across the northern shore of the Gallipoli peninsula, on slopes opening towards the Saros Bay and the northern Aegean. Sea breezes and a range of elevations create a microclimate suited to a broad palette of varieties.
Plantings include Bordeaux and Mediterranean varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Syrah alongside Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
Cellar tours, tastings and pairing dinners are available by reservation.
The 21-room Hotel Caeli makes the estate a multi-day stay; the on-site Caudalie Vinothérapie spa is one of only a handful in Turkey.
The on-site fine-dining restaurant offers seasonal menus overlooking the vineyards.
