A boutique vineyard estate in Eceabat founded by Prof. Dr. Bedirhan Üstün. The complex pairs the winery with a 20-room boutique hotel and restaurant, with capacity for around 40 overnight guests.
The estate sits near the tip of the Gallipoli peninsula, exposed to winds from both the Saros Bay and the Dardanelles; cool nights help balance ripening through the long summer.
Plantings include international varieties — Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah — alongside the indigenous Karasakız.
Cellar tours, tastings and dinners are by reservation.
The 20-room boutique hotel makes Etruscan a weekend-stay option, combining vineyard visits, dinner and overnight accommodation.
