Tasting Culinary Stay Tours Events Indigenous grapes
A vineyard-and-hotel estate set on 50 hectares in Kürkköy village, Sivrice (Elazığ) — billed as the first wine hotel in Mesopotamia. The project was built by Fırat Bey, an electronics engineer who returned to his home region after a banking career.
The estate sits in the high country above Lake Hazar, on the continental edge of Eastern Anatolia — historic terroir for the Boğazkere and Öküzgözü grapes.
Production is built around the two great Anatolian reds — Boğazkere and Öküzgözü — vinified in their home landscape at boutique scale.
Tastings and tours are arranged by reservation. The on-site winery sits beside the hotel, with a tasting room and a regional-products shop.
A 13-room boutique hotel with pool and hammam; the on-site restaurant overlooks the vineyards and runs year-round.
