A wine production facility in the Oyalı Organised Industrial Zone of Eğil (Diyarbakır). Ninova carries the slogan "the millennia-old flavours of Mesopotamia" and roots its identity in the deep wine heritage of southeastern Anatolia.
The facility sits in the historic Boğazkere homeland — Eğil, Çermik, Çüngüş and Ergani are the textbook origin terroirs for the variety.
Production focuses on the geographically protected Öküzgözü and Boğazkere grapes — Anatolia's two great indigenous reds, vinified at boutique scale on their home ground.
