A new boutique winery in Ahmetbey village, 750 m outside the centre of Lüleburgaz (Kırklareli). Founded in 2020 by Metin Harbalıoğlu on roughly 650 dönüm of vineyard, Prius drew attention even before opening with gold medals at the 14th Balkans International Wine Competition.

The estate lies on the southern shoulder of the Istranca range, inside the Thrace viticultural belt. Production is château-style — vineyard to bottle on a single site.

Plantings include the indigenous reds Papazkarası and Kalecik Karası together with Narince white and a full international set: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.

Award winners include Papas Noir 2024 and Distinction 2023.

A 12-room boutique hotel, restaurant and vineyard house are planned alongside the winery.
