Tasting Culinary Stay Tours
A vineyard-and-farmhouse project in Karakoç village (Kırklareli) that began in 2002 with the purchase of 100 dönüm of land, planted the first vines in 2003 and bottled its first vintage in 2011. The Mia Bella Saranta restaurant opened in February 2024 and the farmhouse hotel followed in April 2024.
The estate sits in Thrace's vineyard belt, climbing toward the Istranca foothills — cool Thrace climate, fertile plain and long summer sunshine.
Tastings, vineyard tours and the Mia Bella Saranta restaurant are open year-round by reservation; the cellar door sells estate wines.
Designed around the motto "simplicity is the greatest luxury", the boutique farmhouse offers free bikes, an outdoor pool, garden, shared lounge, terrace and room service. About two hours from Istanbul and close to Istanbul Airport.
