Grape varieties

A boutique winery on the bank of the Kızılırmak in Sarıhıdır village (Avanos), founded by Senar Sümer Çalışkan in 2022 with around 7,000 bottles of annual production. Winemaker Gülçin Akçay has worked in viticulture and wine production since 2002.

The estate sits at the river's edge, where the alluvial flats meet Cappadocia's volcanic-tuff country. Continental climate and a riverine microclimate shape the wines.

The range works with the indigenous Cappadocian Emir and the Anatolian reds Kalecik Karası and Öküzgözü, plus an Öküzgözü–Boğazkere blend.

The riverside tasting area pairs wines with local food. Other activities include corporate tastings in Istanbul, vintage harvest events and VIP weekend Cappadocia tours. The on-site store sells handcrafts and hosts an oil-painting gallery. Open May–November with reservations.
