A boutique winery in Yağcılar village, Urla, that began operations in October 2021. The name — "between two seas" — reflects the site's geography: it sits halfway between the Gülbahçe shore of the İzmir Gulf and the Demircili shore of the Sığacık Gulf.
Yağcılar lies on the inland hills of the Urla peninsula in the wind corridor between the two gulfs. The estate vineyards are around twenty years old.
Production draws on the estate's own Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah blocks, plus Chardonnay sourced from contracted growers in the south of Denizli.
The five-wine range includes the flagship Zoza (a Cabernet Sauvignon–Syrah blend) and Caracal (Cabernet Sauvignon based), alongside whites and varietal bottlings.
