A boutique vineyard and winery in Kalecik (Ankara), born of a lifetime of viticultural work by Prof. Dr. Y. Sabit Ağaoğlu. The 10-hectare estate is planted exclusively to Kalecik Karası.

The vineyard sits at Dolapboğazı, in the Kızılırmak valley that is the textbook home of Kalecik Karası — marine-fossil limestone soils, continental climate, wide diurnal swings.

Tomurcukbağ works with a single grape — the indigenous Kalecik Karası — and a natural-winemaking philosophy that foregrounds terroir.

Operating under the "Wine and Food" concept, the estate pairs seasonal cuisine with its wines on weekend afternoons by reservation only.
