Grape varieties
A small family-run vineyard guesthouse and boutique hotel on Bozcaada, set around a one-hectare Öküzgözü vineyard. The garden features ponds, ducks and olive trees.
Bozcaada's volcanic and chalky soils, near-constant island breeze and long sunny days produce concentrated aromatics and balanced acidity in the grapes.
The vineyard is planted to the indigenous Öküzgözü grape and sits within the broader Bozcaada family of native varieties (Çavuş, Vasilaki, Karalahna, Kuntra).
A short drive from Bozcaada's village centre, the castle and Ayazma beach, making it a quiet base for exploring the island's wineries.
The guesthouse offers a small number of rooms with garden views. Breakfast features eggs from the garden and homemade jams.
