Grape varieties
A boutique family vineyard six kilometres south of central Çeşme in Ovacık, founded by Turgay Gümüş in 2010 with a first commercial harvest in 2016. Production and bottling are chateau-style, on the estate.
The vineyard sits on the southern Çeşme peninsula, exposed to the salty Aegean breeze. Farming is certified organic; the vines are drip-irrigated.
The estate is planted to two Mediterranean-friendly varieties, Grenache and Tempranillo — an early example in Turkey of a boutique winery built around a southern-Mediterranean rosé and light-red identity.
Şirin (Grenache rosé) · Fidan (Tempranillo red).
Free tastings are offered at the standalone tasting room at the vineyard entrance. In the evenings (18:00–22:00) the on-site restaurant terrace pairs the estate's two wines and olive oil with a pasta menu. The two labels are Şirin rosé (Grenache) and Fidan red (Tempranillo); annual production is around 6,000 bottles.
