A boutique vineyard and winery in Çile village, Menderes (İzmir), run by the Yavaş family. The estate sits close to the ancient sanctuary of Klaros and follows a natural-winemaking philosophy.
The vineyard sits on inland hills behind the central Aegean coast, near the ancient oracle of Klaros. The Mediterranean climate and millennia of viticultural memory shape the site.
Grapes are hand-picked and fermented spontaneously with the native yeasts present on their skins. No chemicals or additives are used — minimal intervention from vineyard to bottle.
Vineyard tours and tastings are offered by reservation; the estate has hosted "Bağ Gezisi ve Şarap Tadımı" public days in summer.
