reputation as a wine village. The winery was founded in 1997
when the village's old olive-oil factory and historic schoolhouse
were converted for wine production; modern equipment was

A boutique winery in Kuşçular village, about 8 km southwest of
central Urla. The project was started in 2018 by third-
generation Urla local Ceylan Ertörer Diaz Leon and her
Chilean-born partner Juan Pablo Diaz Leon; the production
building was completed in early 2020 with a first vintage of
around 13,000 litres.

operations in October 2021. The name — "between two seas" —
reflects the site's geography: it sits halfway between the
Gülbahçe shore of the İzmir Gulf and the Demircili shore of

family winery founded in 1942 after the grandfather brought

A family-run hillside estate in Kobaşlar (Gömeç, Balıkesir), set
on terraced slopes facing the Madra mountain range. The vineyard
was planted in 2005 by Fikret Özdemir after a career in
architecture in İzmir; the first harvest came in 2012. His
daughter leads winemaking and his son-in-law runs the tasting
room and restaurant.

2011–2012 by Prof. Dr. Metin Güner as a hobby that grew with

in 2022. Statera — Latin for "balance" — sums up the house
philosophy of low yields and sustainability.

island's six wine producers. The Talay family carries a
viticultural heritage said to reach back to Ottoman times;

Restaurant – Events" boutique address.
